Friday afternoon and all day Saturday – Clinic
Join our clinician, Jody Fontanetta, for a private or a small group lesson, your choice, focusing on how the principles of classical dressage apply to Working Equitation. If you are newer to WE, Jody can help you understand how dressage fundamentals translate to riding obstacles in the Ease of Handling trial. If you’re already competing, she can help fine tune your developed skills in an effort to increase your scores at your next show. Private lessons will be for a 30-minute duration, a pair of teams will ride for an hour, and three riders for 90 minutes.
Sunday – Show
The show will be conducted and judged in accordance with rules of USA Working Equitation, with an allowance made for disqualifications. No rider will be disqualified for an error made on course but instead will be given a “zero” for that obstacle with an explanation provided of what was done to typically receive a DQ. Levels 1-4 will be offered and judged.
