USAWE Directors and Administrators
USAWE is overseen by a Board of Directors. Day-to-day administrative tasks are performed by a volunteer team appointed to assist the BOD.

- The USAWE Board of Directors consists of six Executive Committee Officers (President, President Elect, Treasurer, Secretary, and two At-Large Directors) and seven Regional Directors.
- The Administrative Assistant Team supports the clerical and financial administrative needs of the organization.

Doreen Atkinson
President
Doreen Atkinson, a resident of Texas, rotated into the office of President in December of 2023. Her term runs through November of 2024.
Tracey Erway
President Elect
Tracey Erway resides in Oregon. She was elected to the office of President Elect in November of 2023. She will rotate into the office of President on December 1, 2024.
Amie Perryman
Secretary
Amie Perryman resides in Virginia. She was appointed to serve as Secretary on December 13, 2023. Her term runs through November of 2024.
Leesa Nero
Treasurer
A resident of Florida, Leesa was appointed to the office of Treasurer in June of 2023. Her appointment is confirmed annually.
Robin Bond
At-Large Director
Robin Bond resides in California. She was elected to the office of At-Large Director in 2023. Her term runs through November of 2025.
Stephanie Hayes
At-Large Director
Stephanie Hayes, who lives in Vermont, was elected to the office of At-Large Director in 2022. Her term runs through November of 2024.
Sara Mackenzie
Region 1 Director
Sara Mackenzie, a resident of Washington, was elected to serve as Region 1 Director in 2023. Her term runs through November of 2025.
Mary Young
Region 2 Director
Mary Young lives in California. She was appointed to serve as Region 2 Director on 2/21/24 for the remainder of the term which runs through November of 2024.
Chris Stanko
Region 3 Director
Chris Stanko resides in Colorado. She was elected to serve as Region 3 Director in 2023. Her term runs through November of 2025.
Kiki Pantaze
Region 4 Director
Kiki Pantaze, a resident of Texas, was re-elected to serve as Region 4 Director in 2022. Her term runs through November of 2024.
Sara Barnwell
Region 5 Director
Sara Barnwell lives in Michigan. She was elected to serve as Region 5 Director in 2023. Her term runs through November of 2025.
Cera Olson
Region 6 Director
Cera Olson, a resident of Woodbine, Maryland, was appointed by the BOD on 1/10/24 to serve as Region 6 Director for the remainder of the term. Her term runs through November of 2024.
Patricia Melton
Region 7 Director
Patricia Melton lives in North Carolina. She was elected to serve as Region 7 Director in 2023. Her term runs through November of 2025.
Our Administrative Assistant Team
The Administrative Assistant Team supports the Board of Directors in the day-to-day operations of the organization. These volunteer assistant positions are appointed by the Board as needed and are confirmed annually. Administrative Assistants do not vote on Board decisions.
