REGION 4 MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

Sharon Miesen

Sharon Miesen has been horse crazy from 2 years old, but had to wait until that first job before getting a horse of her own.   She has competed in eventing, jumpers, various types of competitive trail,  and loves foxhunting.   She has always appreciated obstacle work – even buying a Western saddle so she could compete in Extreme Cowboy racing.  When she and her 26 year old Trakehner, Simon Templar found Working Equitation, it was the perfect match.  In her day job, she is involved in software process improvement.  She’s always  volunteering for her hobbies, and is looking forward to serving on the Marketing Committee.
