Hello, Region 1!
I am excited to share that we are kicking off the Region 1 Education Series this month. Our first virtual session is on Monday March 18th. If you joined, hurrah! If not, don’t worry, we have more to come. This is the schedule – some topics and data are yet to be determined but next up we have a timely “Goal Setting Workship” with the amazing Jen Verharen of Cadence Coaching. As always, I love to hear from you if you have ideas, questions, or feedback. Goal Setting Workshop: Monday April 8th, 6:30pm-8:00 pm (Pacific)
Guest: Jen Verharen, Cadence Coaching https://jenverharen.com/
This will be a structured workshop and 90 minutes. Jen is a lifelong horsewoman and has trained and competed in upper-level dressage and eventing. She is a USDF Certified Instructor, USDF bronze and silver medalist, USPC graduate A and USPC National Examiner.
Getting the Most Out of Your Judge Feedback (Dressage and EOH): May TBD, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
- Why you should ALWAYS pick up your dressage and EOH tests at shows!
How to interpret the point scores (1-10) - How to understand the judges’ comments
