The Professional Development Committee educates, evaluates, and recognizes professionals who are members in good standing and residing in the USA. The committee shall be responsible for developing and providing programs to promote and educate WE professionals of the highest quality.

 

 The USAWE Professional Instructor Program will evaluate and recognize riding instructors that meet and exceed USAWE and industry standards. The program will provide educational opportunities, training, and support to elevate the standards of instruction excellence and contribute positively to the advancement of Working Equitation education with integrity and respect for both horses and riders across all levels.
