Ashley Bowers is an Arizona-based Working Equitation (WE) enthusiast. She was the first licensed Technical Delegate (TD) to come out of the training program nationally, and she was the first licensed TD and Professional Instructor (PI) in the state of Arizona.

Ashley currently offers clinics and WE shows in both Arizona and California and is willing to travel to a city near you. Over the last decade, Ashley Bowers has earned many titles in both Working Equitation and Competitive Dressage. Ashley has been Arizona year-end state champion and year-end region champion many times. Ashley was also a Reserve Champion at the Western Zone Championships in 2022 on a homebred horse.

In addition to showing and teaching Ashley has a small breeding program at her facility in Cave Creek called Rising Phoenix Equestrian. She breeds Andalusians and Lusitanos. She is active in the arts and is currently working on a passion project of hers called, Eye For An Eye. This project in an independent film she is producing with her new company, Rising Phoenix Productions, and will feature her Iberian horses in the film. Ashley is even featuring a fundraiser where a homebred 4 year old Andalusian mare from her breeding program is being offered in a drawing to raise funds for the film starring, you guessed it, Ashley Bowers. Ashley wrote the script (which has already won many awards) and will be making her directorial debut with the film. Details on the drawing are available on her website and she would love to have the Working Equitation community be a part of the movie magic!
