USAWE Election Information

USAWE thrives because of the passion, commitment, and dedication of our volunteers—and at the core of that commitment is the opportunity to shape the future of our organization through our elections process.

Elections are more than a procedural step; they are a vital expression of our collective voice. By participating, nominating, and voting, each member has the power to influence the direction of our programs, policies, and priorities. This process ensures that our leadership reflects the values, needs, and vision of the community we serve.

Serving on the board or a leadership committee is a meaningful way to give back to the sport and organization we all care about. Volunteers who step forward bring diverse perspectives, energy, and ideas that help us grow stronger, more inclusive, and more effective.

We encourage every member to be engaged in this process—whether by standing for election, supporting candidates, or casting your vote. Your voice matters. Together, we choose the people who will guide our mission, support our athletes and communities, and continue building a lasting legacy for the sport.
