Join the USAWE Team!

USAWE is built on the spirit of community—and that spirit comes to life through the time, energy, and passion of our volunteers. Whether on the field, behind the scenes, or in leadership roles, volunteers are the driving force behind everything we do.

Supporting our sport takes more than just love for working equitation—it takes people willing to step up, contribute their skills, and be part of something bigger than themselves. From organizing events and mentoring youth, to helping with communications, logistics, or program development, there’s a place for everyone to make a difference.

By volunteering, you’re not just giving your time—you’re shaping the future of our working equitation in the United States, strengthening our community, and creating opportunities for all of our members.
If you believe in the power of sport to bring people together, inspire growth, and build lasting impact, we invite you to join us. Together, we can do great things.

This person will provide a brief status report to the Board of Directors quarterly, or more often if needed.

Marketing Committee Contributors

We are also seeking experienced marketing teammates with skills in campaign design, graphic design, program management and messaging.
