Classroom sessions June 15th & 16th at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake Convention Center, Crystal Lake, Illinois.  Click here to book hotel rooms at our special event rate.

Licensed Competition June 17th & 18th at Beyond Stable Farm, located 15 minutes from the Holiday Inn.

The show will provide attendees with the opportunity to Shadow a Judge and Silent Judge.

A total of 22 LO Continuing Education (CE) credits can be earned at this Seminar

  • Thursday CE = 5
  • Friday CE = 5
  • Saturday CE = 4
  • Sunday CE = 8

Licensed Officials and LO candidates will be given priority if registrations exceed the number of available spaces. All other registrations will be processed on a first come-first served basis.

Rule Change effective 5/17/23 – Update U.S. Rules for Working Equitation, Rev 6.1, section 3.20b, exceptions as follows:

Exception 1:  Clinics may be offered prior to a competition to competitors who have not competed above Level 1; auditing is not restricted. 

Exception 2: Attendance at Licensed Officials Committee seminar classroom sessions prior to a competition is permitted. Schooling shows prior to a licensed competition are acceptable. Clinics, group sessions, or private instruction are permitted after a competition.

Registrations close on June 1, 2023.  A waiting list will be utilized after that date.

Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Video Judging
Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Shadow Judge- Dressage
Sunday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Silent Judge- EOH
