USAWE Professional Instructors Program

Our Professional Instructors Program recognizes a select group of equestrian professionals who have demonstrated exceptional skill, knowledge, and dedication to advancing riders in the discipline of Working Equitation. These instructors are more than teachers—they are ambassadors of the sport, committed to guiding riders with accuracy, insight, and integrity.

What sets these instructors apart is their unique combination of competition experience, deep understanding of the rules, and insight into judges’ expectations. Their firsthand knowledge allows them to prepare riders not only to succeed in the arena, but also to develop a lasting appreciation for the sport’s values, traditions, and challenges.

By blending technical instruction with practical competition strategies, our Professional Instructors create an environment where riders can grow with confidence, consistency, and purpose. They ensure that training aligns with the standards of the sport, helping each rider progress fairly and effectively through every level of Working Equitation.
