Policies & Procedures

These documents outline the policies and procedures followed by the Officers, Directors, and committees of USA Working Equitation (USAWE).

The Policies & Procedures document is organized into four main sections:

    Policies

    Committee Procedures and Responsibilities

    Officer and Director Duties and Responsibilities

    Board Duties and Responsibilities

    Each section is presented separately for ease of use. A comprehensive subject index for the entire document is also provided.

    All policies and procedures within each section are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors as needed, based on updates within each functional area. The date of the most recent revision is noted for each item.

    Proposed changes may be submitted by Officers, Directors, committees, or members using the Policy/Procedure Change Proposal Form.
