USA Working Equitation is led by a dedicated Board of Directors who bring diverse experience, regional insight, and a shared commitment to the growth of our sport. Comprised of Executive Committee Officers and Regional Directors, the Board oversees strategic planning, governance, and organizational integrity. Their work ensures that USAWE remains a transparent, inclusive, and member-driven organization.
The Board of Directors meets at least 4 times a year. Meeting dates are available by viewing the calendar.
