USAWE Committees
At the core of our organization are the dedicated committees that design, develop, and drive the programs that shape the future of our sport. Comprised of passionate volunteers, experienced professionals, and community leaders, these committees play a vital role in ensuring that our initiatives are impactful.
Each committee brings a unique focus—whether it’s youth development, building our licensed officials program, managing our competitions, or building our network of affiliate organizations. Together, they collaborate to build programs that not only grow participation but also uphold the values and integrity of the sport we all love.
