Refunds & Returns

USAWE is not able to give refunds or process returns on any items purchased in our shop.  All of our products are print-on-demand custom made to order, and drop-shipped directly from the supplier to you.  

If you have ordered items which you are no longer wishing to keep, please donate or re-home them at your next Working Equitation show.

Damaged or Defective Item Replacement

If you received an item that is damaged or defective we can assist you in getting an identical replacement item at no cost.  Simply email us pictures of the item showing the damage or defect as soon as you receive your order.  Please include your order number and item description, along with your name and phone number.
