SUMMARY:IL: Clinic & Schooling Show
DESCRIPTION:Come learn about the sport of Working Equitation from a licensed judge and technical delegate Lidia Taylor. Saturday will open with an introductory lecture with a Q&A session\, followed by small group lessons over obstacles\, and a lecture on WE dressage tests during the lunch break. Sunday morning will start with a group session riding through dressage tests followed by a Working Equitation Schooling Show – so you can put your newly learned skills to the test! Schooling Show will be conducted under the USA Working Equitation Rulebook (can be found on USAWE.org) . \nClinic will be on Saturday; schooling show on Sunday. \nRiders of all disciplines and styles are welcome\, horses of all breeds are welcome\, including gaited horses and mules. We have levels from Walk/Trot on. \nRider spots are limited. $250 for both days\, $150 deposit holds your spot with balance dues the morning of the clinic.\nAuditors are welcome – $25 per day at the door\, or $20 per day if pre-paid. \nTo reserve your riding or auditing spot please contact Sue Larkin (563) 343-7575. \nHorses: current certificate of veterinary inspection and negative Coggin’s test along with Flu/Rhino vaccine records required.\nDay and overnight stalls are available.
