Greetings members!

 

I wanted to share this chart made by our president for our Annual Members’ Meeting on February 15 because many members were unable to attend.  Her percentages of change are very interesting and show us that we really need to work on keeping our members happy and engaged.  Another chart she showed reveals a steady average growth of 38% over the last 3 years, which is well above what the Board was shooting for, so congratulations for that!  Unfortunately, we were also shown an extremely high attrition rate of nearly 39%, which is a very sad thing.  We need to bring that down to 10%, so we are asking you as members to let any board member know if you know of reasons why folks are not continuing to be members of USAWE.  We want to address these reasons!  Please help us out with this if you can by emailing anything that past members you know may have passed on as reasons for them leaving USAWE.
