DESCRIPTION:Dear USAWE Members\, \nI would like to invite you to join the USAWE Board of Directors for the Annual Member Meeting (via Zoom) to be held Saturday\, February 6\, 2021 at 10 a.m. Mountain Standard time. \nThis is your opportunity to meet the full Board of Directors\, including an introduction to your Regional Director. \nAt the meeting we will provide you with information about the happenings at USAWE – some exciting\, and some that cover the day-to-day\, nitty gritty of running an organization. \nSeveral days prior to the meeting we will email you the meeting agenda along with a list of questions submitted by members when they registered for the meeting. \nOur goal is to have these questions guide the discussion and give the board the opportunity to provide you with information on a variety of topics. Included in the email will be the logon information to join the Zoom meeting. \nI hope you will consider joining us – come with a cup of coffee\, a snack and a smile! DESCRIPTION:Agenda will be added closer to the date of the Board meeting. \nThe USAWE Board will be meeting on Monday\, January 25th via Zoom. \nThe meeting will begin at 5:00 Pacific\, 6:00 Mountain\, 7:00 Central\, 8:00 Eastern. \nThe agenda for the meeting is pasted below. \nAll USAWE Board meetings are open to current members of USAWE. \n\nTo receive the codes to enable you to log on\, please contact President Leslie Martien (President@usawe.org) at least 6 hours prior to the start of the meeting\, (President@usawe.org). Please note: these codes should not be shared with others. Each USAWE member who requests the codes with sufficient time for the President to send them will be sent the information they need to be able to log on to the Zoom call.\nMembers are welcome to attend and listen but may not provide input at board meetings. This allows the board to finish their agenda in the time allotted. The “chat” feature on Zoom is also a way for Board members to share thoughts with other Board members as you are listening to the discussion without interrupting the person speaking. If a roll call vote is called\, Julie will call on individual Board members by name and record the votes.
