Working Equitation is an exciting new international sport that combines a dressage test with obstacles (Ease of Handling)\, obstacles at Speed\, and Cattle. DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a three-phase WE show on Saturday (Dressage\, Ease of Handling\, & Speed) and then stay over to learn the new WE Dressage tests from Polly Limond\, one of the “Senior” Judges who created them! These are the dressage tests that we’ll be using starting with our January 2023 show\, so this is a great opportunity to get a jump start on the new competition season! \nSaturday’s competition will be licensed by USA Working Equitation. You horse MUST be recorded with USAWE to compete.\nWe can accommodate a maximum of 23 riders in Saturday’s show and 16 riders in Sunday’s clinic.\n\nEntry Fees:\nSaturday WE Show Entry Fee: $250 (includes first bag of shavings\, and stabling from Friday\, 1 pm (honestly — NO EARLIER — if you arrive prior to 1 pm on Friday\, please plan to pay a ‘haul in fee’ to OHC and amuse yourself in the main facility rather than coming to the Prairie Arena).
